Frequently Asked Questions
What are your fees?
I work on a sliding scale of £65 to £80 per session, reflecting the different financial circumstances people bring to therapy.
When we have an initial consultation, we can discuss where your fee sits within that range. You do not need to justify your circumstances and the conversation will be straightforward.
I am mindful that therapy is a financial commitment and aim to be transparent about fees from the outset.
How often will we meet?
Sessions take place weekly at the same agreed day and time. Once we begin working together, therapy continues on an ongoing basis until you feel ready to end.
Do you offer online or in-person sessions?
I currently offer sessions online via secure video. This allows you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
How do I get started?
You can get in touch through the contact form on this website or by email. I will usually suggest an initial session where we can talk about what has brought you to therapy and whether working together feels like the right fit.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Everything you share in therapy is treated as confidential. There are a few rare exceptions where I may need to break confidentiality if there is serious risk of harm to you or someone else. We can discuss this fully when we begin working together.
